ALi holding Happiness Is sign

True happiness - it's what we want in life, yes? We do things we may not like so we can earn the money and the time and get the energy to buy and do things that make us happy.

Only that definition of happiness totally misses the point.

Circumstances are unrelated to happiness.

I thought a lot about whether or not to share this lesson. And then I realized the whole point is to share the meaning of true happiness - which, as you will discover in the video, is ever-present.

No matter what horrible event happens in your world, inside, true happiness perpetually exists.

You will likely become aware that my voice was not powerfully present when I made the video. The day before I could not get out a full sentence that you could hear and comprehend. You will also notice my vision was off somewhat necessitating the need for the pinhole glasses.(Click here for more about pinhole glasses if you have any vision challenges.)

In other words, the issues I usually can hide, those from the nerve damage following the brain surgery nearly eight years ago, were louder than usual and had been for a few days. I thought about skipping making a new video this week and recycling an older piece with a new interpretation and surrounding descriptions.

The fact is, I do make it through each day, despite the challenges because I do live in true happiness. When things don’t go the way I anticipated, well, that is just what happens. Does it mean I am not happy? Does it mean I am less than okay?

No way. It just means that is what is happening right then. Circumstances are unrelated to happiness.

Let me repeat thought that because the whole point of life and living in true happiness means living in the truth that circumstances are unrelated to happiness.

That said, when you watch the video pay close attention to the audiobook recommendation (minute 04) that is assisting my healing in ways nothing has worked previously. I am positive, with the understanding that by doing the work outlined by Joe Dispenza, D.C., you can make any, I do mean ANY, life change you desire. His is a process he used to heal a severe back injury.

It is not magic. It is real. Are you worth the effort? The program is definitely an effort and commitment to living your Very Excellent Life. Not everyone is up for it.

AND pay particular attention to minute 04:52 where I tell you specifically how I discovered true happiness and why I know - not theorize but KNOW, the meaning of true happiness.

Well, that is a redundant term for there is only one definition of happiness. Kind of like speaking about unconditional love. There is no such thing as unconditional love. There is only love or the absence of love.

Once you place a limit of how or when to love someone you no longer experience love.

If you have not yet read, and applied the information inside it, my book, THRIVE! Don't Just Survive, get it now here. Literally hundreds of people's lives have been impacted by what I share, revealing my story and, most important my healing teachniques. And no, that word is not a typo. That is what I call what I share that teaches others how to make changes.

If you want a personally signed hardback copy of the book contact me.

In any case, don't just sit there. Don't think you will put it off until tomorrow or come back later. Putting your life on hold never works to get yourself unstuck. Never.

As I said in the video, you alone control your happiness.

Happiness is a lifestyle and a way of being, not an event.
